This Policy applies to information collected through the Site only. It does not apply to information the Firm receives or maintains in connection with the legal representation of clients, which is governed by applicable rules of professional conduct, our engagement agreements, and other contractual or legal obligations.

Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily submit, for example when you complete a contact or intake form, request information about our services, apply for employment, or otherwise correspond with us. This may include:

• Your company, title, or professional affiliation;

• Any other information you elect to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device and operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (described below).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use in connection with the Site confidential.

7. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to be informed about how we use it. Residents of certain states, such as California, may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law. To exercise any available rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

10. No Attorney-Client Relationship

The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Use of the Site, submission of information through the Site, or communication with the Firm through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established through a signed engagement agreement. Unsolicited information may not be treated as confidential or privileged.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
